The tour below is a rather unique space. This is a data center that was made by converting a 40 foot ISO Shipping Container. Companies like Microsoft and Google have filled buildings with these pieces of industrial design so that we can browse the web at lighting speeds! This modular containerized data center was manufactured by PDI – Power Distribution, Inc. and is located near the airport in RVA’s east end.
